Refund policy
At DripStrike, we take pride in every product we sell. We are happy to accept returns and provide refunds for faulty or damaged items within 30 days of delivery.
All items must be unaltered and returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is returned damaged or heavily used.
Refund or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition, including all original packaging. Any items that appear to have been damaged, modified, or altered in any way will not be accepted. For a return to be successful, the item(s) must be sent back to us before the refund or exchange can be processed. Please note that fulfilling exchange requests will depend on the availability of stock at the time we receive the return.
We do not accept full instant refunds for reasons such as:
- Changing your mind or not liking your item.
- Being unfamiliar with how to use your item.
- Accidental purchases

Where do I send my return item?
Once your return has been authorised, we will provide you with the full address details. Please ensure you do not send any items back before receiving authorisation and return instructions via email.
How long will it take to process my refund?
After we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Note:
- Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method only.
- Refunds apply only to the original purchase price of the returned items.
Are returns free?
The shipping cost for returning item(s) to us for an exchange or refund is not covered or reimbursed by us. The buyer is responsible for these costs if the item(s) does not return to us in its original condition or is lost in transit. Therefore, we strongly recommend using recorded delivery to ensure the return reaches us safely.
